Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Vedicroma. Due to the personal nature of our handmade soaps, we maintain a strict hygiene protocol to protect all our customers.


1. No Returns

Because our products are handcrafted personal care items, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. Once a product has left our facility, it cannot be returned to stock.

 

2. Damaged or Defective Products

We take great care in packaging your soaps, but we understand that transit damage can happen. We offer a refund only for products received in a damaged or defective state.

To qualify for a refund:

  • You must report the damage within 24 hours of delivery.

  • You are required to upload a clear unboxing video or high-resolution photos of the defective piece and its packaging to vedicroma@gmail.com.


3. Inspection & Approval

Once your claim is submitted, your case will undergo a formal Internal Inspection.

  • Our team will review the footage/images provided to verify the defect.

  • The final decision on the refund is entirely dependent on the results of this inspection.

  • If the claim is found to be genuine, your refund will be processed. If the damage is found to be tampered with or intentionally caused, the refund request will be declined.

4. Processing Refunds

Upon approval, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5-7 business days.
